At the Sacramento Regional in 2019, we received the spirit award. This award commends good spirit such as cheering on our and other robots

Judges Award

We won the Judges Award at the Arizona Regional in 2019. This award is based on the judging panel who give the award based on a team’s unique efforts, performance, or dynamics merit recognition.

Gracious Professionalism

Our team won the Gracious Professionalism award at the Idaho Regional in 2016. This award celebrates great demonstration of teams working together to succeed, both on and off the playing field. It is a new way of doing things that encourages hard-working teammates, higher quality work, and fierce but successful competition. With teams that win this award, no one is left out or treated less than anyone else.

Imagery Award

The Imagery Award was given to us at the Sacramento Regional in both 2015 and 2016, and again at the Idaho Regional in 2018. This award recognizes outstanding appearance of our machine and a team theme that is supportive of the principles of FIRST. This award is in honor of Jack Kamen’s dedication to his art and his devotion to first.

VEX Tournament, 1st place

One of our VEX teams was able to come out with a win at the “Nothing but Net” competition at Vanden High School, allowing us to move on to the VEX state competition.

Safety Hard Hat Recognition

We were awarded the Safety Hard Hat Recognition for having excellent safety in our pit that showed when we competed. We consistently had someone in the pit as our pit safety manager.
